This is a great hotel. Very welcoming, english speaking reception staff. A great bar and restaurant although breakfast is too expensive. Rooms spacious but hot! A short walk to local shops and cafe's. A short taxi ride to Plaza Mayor. We have stayed here a few times recently and always had a good time.
Price of breakfast. Mini bar prices.

Well priced and fairly clean hotel, reasonably large rooms. Nice building and rooms with double bed. Food was outstanding, staff was welcoming and pleasant. Nice pool, parking on street.

We had high-class double room with a sofa, tea & coffee and complimentary toiletries. The breakfast was fresh made with plenty of food. The hotel was set in a very central area near to the restaurant at 20pm, the center of Valladolid and southern Spain or the Algarve.

The room was clean. Nice bathroom with separate bath tub and shower.
The receptionists didn't speak english. I answered her in English, and she insisted in talking to me in Spanish. She was a little rude as well.

Valladolid vibes 🇪🇸
Felt really at home with the friendly staff and lekker brekkie options. Plus, the room was chill and comfy for our night's rest. McDonald's right next door for some late-night cravings, can you believe it?
But the dining experience was ag man, the food could've been way better-straight up disappointing with the menu descriptions.

Clean and modern
Hotel it's self was nice, but room was like a sauna when outside temperature was just 7oC, heating in room was at minimum, a very unconfortable night after a 11 hour journey.

While the swimming pool has a decent vibe, it can be a bit on the small side for a hotel of this size, especially during peak times. Some areas, like the dining experience, might suffer from noise when busy, which can detract from the otherwise enjoyable atmosphere. Plus, the air conditioning didn't work as effectively as one might hope, which can be a bother when things heat up. The restaurant offerings may vary, and I found some dishes felt lacking compared to what they promised on the menu.

Staff was really nice, rooms were confortable. restaurant also good.
This is not a negative but it's a pitty that in summer witha temperature of 32 degrees aoutside at 20h the swimming pool closes and the inner pool that is not in the hotel but outside was also closed in the weekend.

It was all very smooth and the staff were fabulous. I didnt eat in tbe hotel with the kids as the menu was a bit 'far fetched' for them. Still, it was a very enjoyable weekend. Thanks. Big thanks to the girl behind reception...she was very cool (cant remember her name but her Father is from Kent)

As a rest stop enroute to Southern Spain the hotel is perfect especially if you are travelling wiith a dog. There is an excellent park immediately outside the hotel and pets are made very welcome. Secure parking to rival Fort Knox is available below the hotel.
